As we are all stepping to post lockdown days from May 4 , we will have to make sure that we should not take it as a freedom to roam around irresponsibly and get into health issues and putting others into problem. • When going out for shopping, make sure that you have shopping list ready. Dont try to figure out what you want inside grocery or vegetable store . This will reduce your exposure inside small shopping outlets.
• Also for God sake, pls don't smell vegetables when buying. I see few people has the habit of smelling before buying vegetables and fruits. This is the worst thing somebody can do during this times .
• Always use digital payments like Phonepe, Paytm, Googlepe or any UPI payment app as this would help to prevent infections from currency noted and coins. Also you need not haggle with the vendor for correct change.
• Also carry your own paper or cotton bags for shopping.
• Avoid crowded places , for example if your neighborhood store is crowded ,try and go after sometime, when crowds gets reduced.
• Make sure you empty packaged items like chips , Biscuits grocery from orginal packing to your home containers. Pls have designated place in your house to do this activity.
• Once outside make sure that you don't use your hands around your nose mouth and Eyes. This is very important in outside environment.
• Make sure you sanitise your masks with soap or detergent water once in a day based on your usage. Also , it is always better to have standby mask
• Don't share your mask with your other family members.
• Always carry tissue papers with you. It comes handy when you want to touch door knobs while openingdoors, lift switches or opening gates.
• Make sure that you segregate your waste into wet ,dry , medical waste into three different plastic bins. It is advisable to have two set of waste bins so that you can replenish your homewaste in standby waste bins kept outside your house. In this way you dont get waste bins that are handled by others into your house.
• Avoid work spaces or locations with centralized Air conditioning.
• During meetings or face to face meetings, ask the other person to maintain sufficient distance in case if it is not followed.
• Also, whenever you come across people or Businesses not following social distancing or Govt laid suggestions, pls reprimand them in public and bring this to notice of relevant authorities.

I am sure this small tips goes in a long way fighting this pandemic. I will also work on adding more tips to this list as and when i run through more sources or discuss with subject experts about this topic.
